This study aimed to determine the teaching strategies utilized by high school Social Studies teachers in Ozamiz City Division. The researchers used a questionnaire to collect data from twelve (12) Social Studies teachers from four (4) different schools. The findings showed that most teachers employed collaborative strategies encouraging active participation, such as a community-based approach, cooperative learning activity, and inquiry approach. These strategies were employed to make Social Studies more engaging and interesting to students, maximizing their participation and involvement in class.
