Exploring the trend of international criminal courts approaching the challenges related to international criminal no ex post facto law

Abstract
No ex post facto law is considered as the fundamentals of law so that it is taken as important in the field of private law and criminal law, even when it comes to international evidences as the right demonstrator. Failing to observe such a principle in civil, criminal, and international courts trend as a basis for judicial control and revocation is taken for granted as the violation status of law. In case judicial branches make postponements in line with considering the civil, criminal, and international complaints, supreme judicial branches which have the responsibility of supervising the performance of sub-branches, are said to be responsible for issuing appropriate verdicts. Considering the importance of this principle and highlighted attentions on it both on international and local level, it is worth noting that this principle is emphasized to be taken respectfully.
