EXPRESS EVALUATION IN THE FINANCIAL SECURITY MONITORING SYSTEM OF THE TRADE

Abstract
The urgency of the research. Despite the aggravation of national and economic security issues in Ukraine, the financial security vector remains insufficiently secured. The imperfection of the scientific and methodological substantiation of the system of hierarchical monitoring of financial security and unification of its methods of evaluation determines the relevance of this study. Target setting. Need-depth study of the issue of the hierarchical system of monitoring financial security, including an express evaluation of the financial security of the trade. Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. Problems of evaluation and monitoring of financial security are studied in the works of: K. Adams, D. Gritsishen, V. Evdokimov, T. Efimenko, V. Zhuk, R. Kostyrko, K. Lee, L. Lovinskaya, P. Michael, G. Roberts, G. Serafayma, and others. Uninvestigated parts of general matters defining. Further research is needed on the scientific and theoretical basis of the organization and methodology of hierarchical monitoring of financial security and the formation of relevant indicators for the express evaluation of the trade. The research objective. The purpose of the study is to identify the conceptual foundations of the organization and methodology of hierarchical monitoring of financial security and the allocation of relevant indicators for the express evaluation of the trade. The statement of basic materials. The article substantiates the necessity of providing a system of hierarchical monitoring of financial security taking into account sectoral indicators. The system of indicators of the integrated express evaluation of the trade of the region is proposed. Conclusions. Execution of trade in budget-generating functions necessitates the consideration of its indicators in the implementation of hierarchical monitoring of financial security. The main advantages of the proposed system of indicators of integrated express evaluation of the trade of the region are the availability of statistical information, ease of use, and the ability to react quickly to negative changes.
