FACTOR CONDITIONALITY OF MINOR CRIMINAL BEHAVIOUR

Abstract
In this publication, an attempt was made to determine the factor conditionality of juvenile delinquency taking into account the causes and conditions that give rise to and facilitate (condition) the commission of crimes by minors. Issues concerning different approaches to understanding the causes and conditions of crime, determinants, and other conceptual categories, which together constitute the factor conditionality of juvenile delinquency, are considered. New modern approaches are proposed for establishing the causes and conditions of juvenile delinquency and the possibility of minimization in the part of ensuring the prevention of juvenile delinquency.
