Factorii de influenţă asupra deficitului sistemelor de securitate socială

Abstract
Au fost analizaţi o serie de factori care afectează deficitul fondurilor de securitate socială. Pentru analiza statistică s-a utilizat un panel de date cuprinzând zece state din Europa Centrală şi de Est. Variabilele analizate: migraţia, şomajul şi rata de dependenţă a persoanelor vârstnice. Toate datele privind statele analizate se remarcă printr-un pattern asemănător în ceea ce priveşte confi gurarea sistemelor de securitate socială. Sistemul de pensii, ca şi componentă de bază a sistemului de securitate socială, este de tip PAYG, vulnerabil la schimbările demografice. Statele au experimentat trecerea de la sistemul socialist la cel capitalist, confruntându-se cu probleme socio-economice şi demografice: şomaj, migraţie, îmbătrânirea populaţiei. Rezultatele arată că toţi factorii influenţează deficitul fondurilor de securitate socială.
