Abstract

This paper presents a study into the key lessons learnt from e-procurement implementation at public sector organisations in Kenya. The literature relating to e-procurement implementation and operation is reviewed, identifying main variables addressed by the current literature: impact on cost; the impact on governance; e-procurement implementation; and broader IT infrastructure issues.
