Factors Affecting the Young Generation Reluctance to Be Farmer

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the millennial generation who are not motivated to work in the agricultural sector. The research approach used is quantitative research. With data analysis, namely multiple linear regression analysis with variable Y: unmotivated millennial generation working in the agricultural sector, Variable X consists of income, future, employment status, technology, uncertainty, and knowledge. The results of this study are, that the factors that influence the millennial generation are not motivated to work in the agricultural sector significantly, namely income and knowledge, while the future factors, employment status, technology, and uncertainty have an insignificant effect.
