Factors influencing entrepreneurship among university staff and educators Zahedan (College of Zahedan)

Abstract
Goal of Present research is investigating the causes, effective on organizational entrepreneurship of staffs and their education in teacher university of Zahedan city. Statistical populations is 530 people and according to Morgan’s table 220 of them by using sampling random method, were selected as samples. Instrument for measuring is a questionnaire made by researcher. This questionnaire has 36 questions which its legitimacy is approved by experts, then by advisor. For obtaining the Stability of items we used Cronbach's which the obtained result is 0/892 and is a good result. For analyzing the data we used SPSS. Results of present research show that: structural, individual and behavioral and background-environmental factors have direct and positive relationship with success of organizational entrepreneurship. Also women ideas about entrepreneurship are more favorable than men and among the ideas of staffs on organizational entrepreneurship with the variable of education there is not meaningful relationship.
