FACTORS OF IMPROVING THE COMPETITIVENESS OF YOUNG SPECIALISTS IN THE MODERN LABOUR MARKET

Abstract
The article is devoted to the issue of employment of young people in Ukraine. The state of the labour market in Ukraine according to various parameters is analyzed in the study. The global employment of youth is reviewed, the main trends are identified. The global youth unemployment problems are compared with the situation in Ukraine. The main problems of youth unemployment in Ukraine are determined and ways for overcoming it through the competent approach are offered.
