FACTORS OF THE FORMATION OF THE CONSUMER BEHAVIOR OF LVIV HOUSEHOLDS

Abstract

The factors that influence the processes of managing of incomes and expenditures in Lviv’s households are estimated, the features of the consumer’s behavior of Lviv’s households and its influence on the for- mation of incomes and expenditures within the administrative districts of the city of Lviv have been traced by the questioning method. Questionnaires for mass included 30 questions. 420 respondents have been interrogated in year 2014 in all of the administrative divisions of Lviv (representative sampling). The processing of the questionnaires was conducted using the software package “OSA”. It is found out that the consumer’s behavior of the households depends on their gender and age characteristics, the presence of children in the family, the level of education and the general behavior of the household.
