Abstract

This article analyzes the essence of Corporate Reputation Capital hotel chain. Targeting hotel chain reputation management model based on internal and external strategic partnership. The effectiveness of reputation management should be evaluated by a limited number of criteria that reflect the priorities targeted guidance and show how these objectives are implemented in the system of evaluation of ideas about the reputation of the network formed on the basis of objective parameters. The degree of realization of the goals network reflects the level of importance of reputation, as interest of all its agents to achieve market success and ultimately - the justification for the creation and development of the hotel chain.
