FAMILY OF CUSTOMARY LAW: GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

Abstract
The article is dedicated to study of the common law family. An overall description of the common law family is given. Attention is paid to the idea that in the modern world a normative and legal act in a growing number of countries is used as the main source of law; an important role in the settlement of relations between states plays a normative agreement as a result of consensus of realization of the national interests.
