FATTY ACID MOLECULAR COMPOSITION OF RABBITS WITH THE USE OF VITAMIN E IN WATER-SOLUBLE FORM
Journal Title: Ukrainian Journal of Veterinary Sciences - Year 2018, Vol 1, Issue 285
Abstract
The influence of vitamin E in polymeric carriers on the fatty acid composition of the muscle tissue of rabbits was studied. It has been established that vitamin E in water-soluble form slows down oxidation processes, which improves the permeability of cell membranes, and also accumulates in more essential fatty acids, providing muscle tissue of rabbits of higher biological value.
