Fault Detection and Isolation (FDI): Efficient Technique and Analysis
Journal Title: American journal of Engineering Research - Year 2019, Vol 8, Issue 1
Abstract
This paper deals extensively on Fault Detection and Isolation (FDI) techniques, using a three tank system with two inputs, three measured outputs and three States. And describes how the Fault detection and Isolation was carried out on each of the datasets provided. This report also describes how the simulation was developed to confirm the fault earlier detected and isolated. Finally the effects of complete failure of the sensor L3 and the ways of mitigating the adverse effects were carried out.

An Agent-Based Modellingand Simulation of Conflict between Fulani Herdsmen and Indigenous Farmers of Barkin-Ladi L.G.A. Of Plateau State
In this paper, an agent-based model (ABM) is proposed using Netlogo to analyse the spatially explicit interaction between Fulani herders and the indigenous farmers of Barkin-LadiL.G.A. of Plateau State, Nigeria. The simu...
Investigation of House-Keeping Practices of Electric Power Generators Used in Buildings in Ibadan Metropolis, Nigeria
Energy crisis has been a long-standing problem in most parts of the country and building occupants have been using various types of generators as alternative source of power. This study was carried out to identify and ex...
Improving The Rheological Properties of Drilling Mud Using Local Based Materials
Locally sourced materials have been used in the past to produce drilling fluids but the major problem encountered is that the gel strength of the drilling fluids produced using local substitutes is too low and the fluid...
A Constraint-Based Access Control Model for Information Distribution in Nigeria’s Healthcare Systems
Sharing clinical data within the domain of Nigeria’s healthcare system through an Information Technology central platform appears to be a major challenge, perhaps due to low technological development of the country. This...
