Features and classification of coercion in public service law

Abstract
The article highlights the features and classification of coercion in the civil service law. It is proved that special (concrete) conditions of the effectiveness of administrative coercion in the service law can be conditionally divided into two groups: the conditions associated with the activity in establishing the principles of the use of the potential of this variety of state legal coercion; conditions related to coercive activity.
