Features and performance techniques aiming flexibility of young gymnasts 6-7 years

Abstract
Purpose: to educe efficiency of the offered complex of physical exercises for development of flexibility for girls 6-7 years. Material and methods: the research was conducted in three stages on the basis of the sports school of the city of Zaporozhia, in the period from September 2013 and February 2014. The experiment was conducted with two groups of gymnastics (young gymnasts 2006 and 2007 years of birth). Evaluation of the results was the General methods of testing its flexibility. Results: based on the analysis of the special literature was developed directed development of flexible gymnasts aged 6-7 years at the initial stage of preparation and proved its efficiency. Conclusions: the offered technique for the development of flexible gymnasts 6-7 years is effective. Peculiarity of the method is to use two sets of exercises (the first – at the end of the preparatory training, the second – in the beginning of the main part), which are springy flexion-extension, swing, static electricity, and even to overcome resistance exercises (with a partner) and at the gym. The results of the study allow to recommend a system developed to promote flexibility in gymnastics for practical use at the initial stage of preparation.
