Features and problems of pay of employees of the budgetary sphere based on the Unified Tariff Grid

Abstract
The article investigates the imperfection of legislation in that part, which leads to the in- effectiveness of the application of the Unified Tariff Grid of levels and the coefficients of re- muneration of employees of institutions, institutions and organizations of certain branches of the budget sphere. The normative provisions, which provide state guarantees of wages in Ukraine, are analyzed. The decision on perfection of the current legislation for overcoming of an existing problem in a payment of workers of budgetary sphere on the basis of the Uniform tariff grid is found.
