Features building of training of skilled sportsmen of acrobatic rock-and-roll are in the shock microcycle of control-preparatory mesocycle

Abstract
The question of structure of shock microcycle of control-preparatory mesocycle of setup time of skilled sportsmen is considered in acrobatic rock-and-roll. Percent correlation of the fixed assets of preparation of the competition programs of qualifying and final rounds of competitions is certain. Dependence of growth of loading with the amount of executions of acrobatic elements is set and by their degree of complication on reading with an electoral orientation in acrobatic rock-and-roll. The programs of preparation of the first and second stage of competitions of sportsman of category of «M-class» worked out by an author are presented.
