FEATURES FUNCTIONING OF MORTGAGE FOR YOUTH IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The features of the mechanism of mortgage in Ukraine are investigated. Three main components of such mechanism are determined: state, banking and commercial. Recommendations are given on improving the functioning of the mechanism of mortgage housing loans in Ukraine.
