Features of agricultural enterprises functioning in the period of structural distributions in the agricultural holding of Ukraine

Abstract
Modern business conditions in the agrarian business require enterprises to be ready and resilient in various confrontations of a rigid competitive environment, flexibility and potential for adaptation to the action of a number of external factors that can with the driving force to destroy established economic mechanisms, or in the form of "underwater currents" to carry out a weighty influence on the results of their activities. This necessitates the definition of specific strategic directions and the development of effective organizational and economic mechanisms for the development of the enterprise, provided with constant monitoring of trends in agricultural development in Ukraine, in particular changes in the regulatory, legal and institutional environment, as well as the emergence of innovative technologies and products. The purpose of the work is to substantiate the peculiarities of the functioning of agrarian enterprises during the period of structural shifts in agriculture in Ukraine. According to the results of calculations, the largest impact of agriculture on the airborne vehicles is observed in 2015. The indicator of the intensity of structural changes showed the highest value during the period 2001-2017. Such processes are associated with a number of positive changes that have taken place in the agrarian sector of Ukraine in 2015, in particular: an increase in the share of agricultural exports; an increase in the employment of the population in agriculture; capturing new markets and increasing the range of export products of agricultural enterprises; increase in grain exports; a rapid increase in the profitability of agricultural production; restoration of vegetation; attraction of financial aid. Consequently, the opening of new prospects for Ukrainian agrarian firms to enter foreign markets linked to the signing of the economic part of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU on 27 June 2014 (granting of certain preferences for domestic agricultural products) creates many opportunities for them and, at the same time, for many a number of threats and complications. The foregoing outlines the peculiarities of the modern period of structural changes in agriculture - a significant component of the macroeconomic system of Ukraine, which necessitates the definition of specific strategic directions and the development of effective organizational and economic mechanisms for the development of the enterprise on an innovative basis.
