Features of application of basic administrative legal methods of persuasion and compulsion

Abstract
The basic administrative legal methods of state administration –persuasions and compulsion are investigated in the article. Correlation of persuasion and compulsion turns out, as methods of imperious influence on a person. Rightness of electing and expediency of application of compulsion by government bodies, as effective means of establishment of legality and law and order.
