FEATURES OF ASSESSMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF LOGISTIC RISKS OF TRADE ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the procedure for assessing and managing logistics risks in trading enterprises. The current issues of assessing the logistics risks of trade enterprises are disclosed. A system of economic indicators is proposed and approaches to the development of criteria for their evaluation are determined. It is proved that application of these indicators and criteria for assessing logistics risks in the system of internal control of a retail enterprise is a prerequisite for timely detection and prevention of further development of crisis phenomena in a market environment. The conclusions are given and the prospects for further research on the issue are determined.
