FEATURES OF CALCULATION OF COMPETENCY COEFFICIENT OF EXPERT COMMISSION

Abstract
The article presents the basic stages of experimental work and the characteristics of each of them. The author defines purpose and main content of experimental work. In order to test the level of competency of the expert commission the author calculates the appropriate competency coefficient for the experts’ selection. The article reveals the criteria and indicators of the experts’ selection. The author identifies the coherence of experts’ opinion on the feasibility of using motivational, organizational, technological and methodological conditions for educational and scientific Masters’ training using massive open distance courses.
