FEATURES OF CIVIL PROTECTION OF HOUSING

Abstract
The article examines to peculiarities of civil legal protection of housing.The main protection measures of right to housing, such as: title documents, state registration of rights are characterized. The author gives proposals to modern understanding protection of right to housing.
