Features of decision-making in operational management

Abstract
As a result of research all management decisions are reduced to the main types, the process model of decisions development is constructed, features of decision making in the conditions of definiteness, risk and uncertainty are considered. Importance of modeling under modern conditions of managing is proved and specifics of models different types creation are considered. The forecasting role in acceptance of management decisions is specified and features of the most widespread forecasting methods are considered.
