FEATURES OF FILLING LOCAL BUDGETS IN UKRAINE IN THE CONDITIONS OF DECENTRALIZATION

Abstract
This article considers the structure of local budgets, ways of filling them before and after decentralization. The changes in the types of income are analyzed in the example of the Mykolaiv region and the newly united territorial communities. The conclusions are given regarding the rationality of further decentralization.
