FEATURES OF FORMATION OF ACMEOLOGICAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE TEACHERS-PSYCHOLOGISTS

Abstract
Psychological and pedagogical activity is an activity to create conditions for personal self-development, freedom of choice and creativity. The determining condition for the implementation of these goals is the awakening of subjectivity in each participant in the educational process. A significant increase in the quality of training of professionals is possible if the technological methods of education are based on reflexive methodology and an anthropological-acmeological approach. The acmeological algorithm for working with a personality includes diagnosing the subject, designing and modeling “peak achievements” and implementing acme technologies of self-development
