Features of functioning of the specialized bodies of the EU on environmental protection.

Abstract
The article examines the institutional support provided by the EU in the field of protection and environmental protection and their activities. Particular attention is focused on the competences and structure of the European Environmental Agency and the European Network for Environmental Information and Observation within the framework of the European Network for Environmental Information and Observation, which aims to unite on a partnership basis all EU Member States and other countries in the development of a common policy on protection the environment.
