Features of gender vocabulary functioning in language and speech

Abstract
The article deals with the features of the gender vocabulary of the n language on the material of the explanatory dictionary and texts of the National Corps of the Russian language. This vocabulary explains how the formation of preprogrammed basics of consciousness interprets the established concepts not taken into account by the author of the dictionary. The article reveals the problem of traditional and new approaches to gender-related interpretations. Universal rules and national-specific differences are distinguished during the interpretation of the concepts in the dictionary and their functioning in the language.
