FEATURES OF HUMAN CAPITAL’S FORMATION IN THE ODESA REGION

Abstract
A modern interpretation of the concept of human capital is considered. The analysis of the regional peculiarities of the formation of human capital in Ukraine is carried out. The rating of attractiveness of Ukrainian cities from the point of view of companies operating in consumer markets was developed. The main indicators of the city’s attractiveness rating are systematized. Features of formation of the human capital in the Odesa are under the above-stated criteria are resulted.
