FEATURES OF IMPLEMENTATION OF INNOVATIVE PROJECTS IN INFRASTRUCTURE AT REGIONAL LEVEL

Abstract
The article actualizes the possibilities of using the transit potential of Ukraine for further development of the economic sectors through the integration of Ukraine into the European and world economy. The activity of the authorities in initiating, preparing and implementing innovative partnership projects depends on the degree of their awareness of the advantages and risks of various contractual forms of innovation projects, taking into account the peculiarities of regulatory and legal regulation of these relations. This awareness should be the result of joint activities of the state authorities, international organizations, experts, scholars, and civil society institutions in further promoting the innovative forms of partnership in Ukraine. Strengthening the role of the private sector in infrastructure development is due not only to the limited budget resources, but also to the inefficiency of public administration and investment. Addressing the challenges of attracting private investment requires the integration of the efforts of authorities at all levels, the expert environment, financial and credit institutions, non-profit organizations, the media and the community.
