Features of legal regulation of realization of the constitutional right of a person to seek asylum in Ukraine

Abstract
This article analyzes the forms and features of reali- zation of the constitutional right of a person to seek asy- lum in Ukraine. The author explores the relation of the right to apply for asylum with other forms of protection of forced migrants. The author has made an analysis of Ukrainian legislation in the sphere of asylum. The atten- tion was paid to the necessity of legislative definition of asylum.
