FEATURES OF LEGAL TRADE IN EASTERN ASIA

Abstract
This article is devoted to the legal traditions of East Asia based on Confucian tradition. The author defines the following distinctive features of the legal systems of East Asia, as the dualism of public and private law relations; major boost national cultural traditions developed along with the ability to borrow innovation; special role of Confucian teachings and practices of mediation; public safety benefit to human rights.
