FEATURES OF NORMATIVE LEGAL REGULATION OF THE ACTIVITY OF TRANSNATIONAL CORPORATIONS IN THE ASIAN-PACIFIC REGION

Abstract
The Asia-Pacific region is attracting attention as an environment of dynamic development in the world. It is in the Asia-Pacific region that the center of the global economic recovery is increasingly shifting. One of the most striking phenomena in the early twentieth century was the rapid development of transnational corporations in the region. Therefore, special attention is required to determine the nature of the transformations taking place in the legal sphere. The author of the article determines the specifics of the activities of TNCs, as well as the main regulatory and legal acts with the help of which the regulation of the activities of transnational corporations in the Asia-Pacific region is carried out.
