FEATURES OF ORGANIC PRODUCTION AT AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article reveals the essence of the concept of «organic products». Scientists studied different ap-proaches to the definition of «organic agriculture». Considered the Law of Ukraine «On the production and turnover of organic agricultural products and raw materials», which sets out the legal and economic framework for the production and circulation of organic agricultural products and raw materials and is aimed at ensuring the proper functioning of the market for organic products and raw materials, as well as to guarantee consumer confidence in products and raw materials labeled as organic. With this law the essence of organic products and rules of organic production or raw materials to be followed natural or legal persons who are entitled to organic production. In the article the certified organic products in Ukraine and stated Ukrainian producers of such prod-ucts. In recent years the domestic market active, organic products by setting up their own recycling or-ganic material. Ukraine, with great potential for the production of organic farming, export, consumption in the domestic market has made some progress on the development of its own organic production. Thus, the analysis of dynamics of development of organic production in Ukraine, including: the number of or-ganic farms in Ukraine and the total area of organic farmland in Ukraine. Ukraine ranks first in the Eastern European region on certified organic arable land area, specializing mainly in the production of cereals, legumes and oilseeds. These methods are used in the production of organic products or raw materials. An array of econom-ic, environmental and social benefits of the introduction of organic production on farms.
