Abstract
The world practice of the activity of private law ombudsmen as a new form of alternative out-of-court settlement of disputes and prevention of conflicts in the private business sector is being investigated, ensuring fairness, observance and protection of human rights and legitimate interests, observance of business ethics by company employees and improvement of management activities and quality of services.
