FEATURES OF ORGANIZATION OF WORK OF THE LOCAL PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE CONCERNING PROTECTION OF THE RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS OF MINORS IN THE ENFORCEMENT OF COURT DECISIONS IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the organization of the work of the prosecutor of the local prosecutor’s office on the protection of the rights and freedoms of minors in the execution of court decisions in criminal proceedings. The peculiarities of the organization of work, division of duties, ways of improving the structure of local prosecutors and the performance by juvenile prosecutors of the powers to supervise the execution of criminal penalties for minors are considered.
