Journal Title: Біль. Суглоби. Хребет - Year 2014, Vol 1, Issue 14
Abstract
According to the study results, patients with psoriatic arthritis, who have signs of autonomic nervous system dysfunction, are characterized by a higher intensity of pain syndrome manifestations (both due to sensory and affective component of pain) than in those without vegetative dysfunction. The correlation analysis shows the interrelation of chronic pain syndrome and anxiety and depressive disorders in patients with psoriatic arthritis and symptoms of autonomic disorders.
