FEATURES OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT PRACTICES REALIZATION IN UNITED TERRITORIAL COMMUNITIES IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article presents the results of research on the implementation of project management practices in the United Territorial Communities (UTС) of Ukraine. Among the main problems identified: low quality of communication in the system of relations of power-community; the unsystematic nature of the organization of strategic planning and rather the formal nature of such activities; an important role of cooperation with international donor organizations in community development and financing of their development projects; lack of professionalism in project management in local government bodies of OTG and inadequate level of its organization. The obtained results can become the basis for improving the scientific and methodological platform for the training of officials of local self-government bodies as well as improving the legal and methodological basis for the implementation of the reform.
