FEATURES OF SOCIAL DIALOGUE IMPLEMENTATION IN THE REGIONS OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article highlights the peculiarities of social dialogue implementation in Ukraine. According to the review results of existing publications, it was identified the necessity for systematization of existing problems connected with social dialogue development at the regional level. It was proposed the causes and effect analysis of the main problem for effective implementation of the social dialogue, which is relevant for all of the regions of Ukraine without exception. According to sociological surveys and statistical observations, it was identified that the worst situation in the process of social dialogue implementing is observed in the Donbas: in Luhansk and Donetsk oblasts; the most successful are the western regions of our country.
