FEATURES OF STATE CONTROL OVER COMPLIANCE WITH LEGISLATION ON AVIATION TRANSPORT

Abstract
The article substantiates that modern global trends and innovations contribute to the modernization of the civil aviation industry and its entry to a qualitatively new level, and accordingly the requirements to control compliance with legislation on aviation transport are tightening. The basic normative acts regulating the issues of state control on aviation transport have being summarized and analyzed. Specific features of state control over observance of the legislation on aviation transport have being formulated and characterized.
