FEATURES OF SUBJECTS OF SOLDIERY CRIMES ON LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract
Features, that characterize the subjects of soldiery crimes, that is envisaged by the national legislation of Ukraine, are analysed in the article. Established circumstance that their signs are foreseen the row of acts of legislation, but not only Criminal code of Ukraine. In the number of the real acts the legal articles of war as a complex area of legal science.
