FEATURES OF THE ACTIVITY COMPONENT OF METHODOLOGIC COMPETENCE OF THE TEACHERS OF THE PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
The article analyzes the content of the activity component of the methodological competence of the teachers of pre-school educational institutions in the system of continuous education and notes that it includes accumulated professional knowledge and skills; reflects the manifestation of the initiative and creativity of the teacher, desire to participate in research and experimental work in an educational institution; professional qualities of personality; correlates with the skills associated with the psychological aspect of the personality of the teacher: communicative, perceptual, reflexive. The main points of the general theory of activity are considered. The concept and components of methodological competence are introduced.
