FEATURES OF THE ACTIVITY OF THE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE OF UKRAINE IN RELATION TO THE PROVISION OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to highlighting the peculiarities of the activity of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in providing administrative services. It is proved that the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for the provision of administrative services is an integral entity interconnected by common tasks and functions of bodies and their officials, whose management activity is aimed at the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of state registration of rights to immovable property. The interaction of the departments of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine with other state bodies or their officials is identified as follows: a) with the administrators of the Central Laboratory; b) with the State Enterprise “National Information Systems”, for example, when there are problems with the technical support of the State Register of Rights; obtaining state registers of certificates and personal keys that are necessary to open access to the State Register of Rights; c) with the bodies of the national police, prosecutor’s office, economic, administrative courts, courts of general jurisdiction, the SBU; d) with state executors, during the enforcement of court rulings, that is, state executors may apply to the department for the state registration of encumbrances, the termination of mortgages. The state executor during the enforcement of decisions makes a search in the State Register of Rights about the registered real right store al estate, the object of construction in progress and the encumbrance of such rights and, as a result, forms an information note from the State Register of Rights, which remains in the enforcement proceedings of the state executor; e) with state cadastral registrars.
