FEATURES OF THE APPLICATION OF COMMUNICATIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN RELATION TO THE AUTHORITIES OF THE PUBLIC AND THE PUBLIC

Abstract
The article analyzes the peculiarities and application of social and communicative technologies (SCT), GR-technologies, PR-technologies in the modern political life of the country and in the practice of social management. The emphasis is placed on the fact that public relations technology (PR) requires solving a number of problems: people's distrust of the authorities, concealment of information, poorly established relations with the public. In the framework of the analysis of the current implementation by the authorities of GR-technologies, considered directions of its implementation, in particular, the work continues to lead in the direction of building relations with the public. Also, the solution of problems is seen in improving the transparency of GR-technologies, as well as the construction of successive stages of their implementation and unification of their use.
