FEATURES OF THE BEGINNING OF PRE-TRIAL INVESTIGATION OF ILLEGAL FELLING OF THE FOREST

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of peculiarities of the beginning of pre-trial investigation of illegal logging. The ways of verifying information about such criminal offense has been studied. The main sources of information about illegal logging are investigated. An algorithm for verification of the primary information on illegal logging is offered. Practical recommendations on the decision on entering information about illegal logging into the Unified register of pre-trial investigations are proposed.
