FEATURES OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF STRATEGY OF PERSONNEL MANEGEMENT IN HOTEL AND RESTAURANT ESTABLISHMENT

Abstract
In the article the features of development of strategy of personnel management in hotel-restaurant establishments are considered. The priority direction of solving this problem is the application of the newest mechanisms of strategic management. This necessitates the inclusion of adapted to domestic conditions of business strategic planning, strategic management and strategic marketing approaches to the formation of efficient systems for managing hotel and restaurant facilities.
