Features of the Functional State of Hepatobiliary System in Children with Prolonged Conjugated Jaundice

Abstract
Increase in level of transaminases in every third child with prolonged conjugated jaundice indicates the increase of the load at hepatobiliary system in a prolonged clinical course and results of dynamic ultrasound examination support the role of biliary tract dysfunction in the pathogenesis of disease. Results of the study justify prescribing preparations with cholekinetic action in the treatment of prolonged conjugated jaundice.
