FEATURES OF THE FUNCTIONING OF THE MEDICAL INSURANCE SYSTEM IN THE LEADING COUNTRIES OF THE WORLD

Abstract
The main features of the functioning of the health insurance system based on the leading countries of the world, as well as the main ways and directions of improvement of its work in the territory of our country are revealed. The main approaches to improving the health insurance system abroad are substantiated and explained. The main positive and negative indicators of the work of medical system abroad are comprehensively considered. The most problematic aspects of the functioning of medical insurance on the territory of Ukraine and the leading countries of the world are revealed. The requirement to reform the system of medical protection is revealed, one of the stages of which is the introduction of a more effective system for Ukraine – budgetary and insurance medicine.
