FEATURES OF THE INCLUSION OF MUSICAL WORKS IN AUDIOVISUAL WORKS: FOREIGN AND NATIONAL PRACTICE

Abstract
The Author investigates issues that arise from the inclusion of musical works in audiovisual works in the form of soundtracks, themes, musical accompaniment. The Author examines the specifics of the use of copyright objects within the framework of contractual relations and provides answers to controversial questions. The comparative analysis of the legislation of Ukraine with the legislation of France and Germany on the given issues is carried out.
